Here at Halls Chophouse we host many types of events, private and public events are held at our restaurant on a consistent basis. We currently don’t take “Venue Requests” online, please contact us with any of you event venue request or charitable event needs by calling (843)727-0190.     The King Street Marketing Group and Halls Chophouse are pleased to welcome Nigel Redden, General Director, Spoleto Festival USA, as our guest speaker at Small Business Lunch at Halls, Thursday, February 5th.

    Now in its 39th season, Spoleto Festival USA is internationally recognized as America's premier performing arts festival.

    General Director Nigel Redden will give an insider's look at highlights of this year's Festival (May 22 through June 7) and talk about how the Festival comes together and why the location of historic downtown Charleston is essential to its success.

    Each month, Small Business Lunch at Halls features a distinguished speaker from the business, civic or political arenas upstairs at Halls Chophouse with an imaginative three course meal prepared by Executive Chef Matthew Niessner.

    Tickets are $29 per person (plus tax and processing fee) for the luncheon and includes parking at the Visitors Center Garage on Ann Street or at the Hampton Inn Parking Garage on John Street.

    Halls Chophouse delights guests once again with their beloved Thursday festival lunch. A three-course Southern steakhouse luncheon featuring the restaurant’s extraordinary wet and dry-aged New York carved steaks alongside seasonal sides will be accompanied by pairings from Row Eleven Wine’s signature Pinot Noirs from California.     Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois grew up in Louisiana surrounded by family with passion for living off of the land and cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients. This passion influenced Chef Bourgeois to attend culinary school, study in France and to cook across the globe, from the Virgin Islands to New York City. He now calls New York home and the Executive Chef of Blue Smoke, part of Union Square Hospitality Group, where he recently launched a new menu with a spotlight on Southern cuisine with Cajun flair. Chef Bourgeois will join Host Chef Matthew Neissner of Hall’s Chophouse to take you on a flavorful culinary journey for the evening, along with Adam Campbell, winemaker for Elk Cove, who will pair the perfect winesfor this amazing dinner.
