Here at Halls Chophouse we host many types of events, private and public events are held at our restaurant on a consistent basis. We currently don’t take “Venue Requests” online, please contact us with any of you event venue request or charitable event needs by calling (843)727-0190. Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois grew up in Louisiana surrounded by family with passion for living off of the land and cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients. This passion influenced Chef Bourgeois to attend culinary school, study in France and to cook across the globe, from the Virgin Islands to New York City. He now calls New York home and the Executive Chef of Blue Smoke, part of Union Square Hospitality Group, where he recently launched a new menu with a spotlight on Southern cuisine with Cajun flair. Chef Bourgeois will join Host Chef Matthew Neissner of Hall’s Chophouse to take you on a flavorful culinary journey for the evening, along with Adam Campbell, winemaker for Elk Cove, who will pair the perfect wines for this amazing dinner.
