Tommy Hall
Owner, GM, ProprietorTommy HallTommy Hall has spent over ten years in the restaurant business. He joins the team after 6 years as General Manager with Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House in Dallas, TX. He worked as a production assistant for ABC Sports in New York and was sales manager for Mike Shannon’s Steaks and Seafood in St. Louis. Tommy graduated from Clemson University in 2001 and a forerunner of Hall Management Group in 2009.

Adam Jakins
Chef de CuisineAdam JakinsAs an early teen in Washington, D.C., Chef Adam was inspired with the idea of a culinary career while working after school and weekends at the French Confection in nearby Sandy Springs, Maryland. As a native of our nation’s capital, and enhanced by his family’s ties to Thailand, he developed a multicultural foundation plus an undying passion for the Washington Redskins. Five years ago Jakins joined Halls Chophouse as Chef de Cuisine, managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and a staff of over 40.

Matthew Neissner
Corporate Executive ChefMatthew NeissnerWith over twenty years of experience, Executive Chef Matthew Niessner directs the culinary operations at Hall Management Group. Before he served as Executive Chef at Halls Chophouse in Charleston, Matthew spent time with some of the country’s greatest chefs in some of the country’s finest restaurants. His credits include the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island, The Brass Elephant in Baltimore, Tapas Pepin and the Princess Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, the Dining Room at Osprey Point in Kiawah and his own Blend in downtown Charleston. Chef Neissner was a 1987 graduate at the prestigious Baltimore International Culinary College in Maryland. His diverse repertoire of international and classical American culinary talents presents our guests with the finest dining experiences in warm and beautiful atmospheres.
