Offering wet and dry-aged USDA Prime and Choice Beef as well as locally-sourced fish, poultry, vegetarian and gluten-free options, the Halls Chophouse Nexton menu features expertly-crafted dishes that highlight the essence of culinary creativity and distinguished flavor.

    Wednesday, Mar 04Adelsheim Vineyard Wine Dinner"We are excited to welcome Adelsheim Vineyard to Halls Chophouse Nexton for a collaborative wine dinner on March 4, 2020, from 6pm to 8pm, featuring six courses from Executive Chef Danny Kane. A founding winer y of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Adelsheim Wines express the natural beauty of the Chehalem Mountains’ terroir. In addition to dinner, guests will meet Gina Hennen, winemaker for Adelsheim. Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Reed College and an AAS in Winemaking from Chemeketa. Before transitioning to a career in winemaking, she worked as a semiconductor engineer for seven years in both Oregon and Dublin, Ireland. Desiring a career that no longer involved cubicles, she returned to Oregon in early 2006 to establish roots in the wine industry. Gina will be available to sign bottles of Adelsheim wine.
